Great article! The repeated lies that get told-you just can’t argue with these MAGA people. They refuse to believe they’ve been lied to. Talk about child grooming-I went to my 11 year old granddaughter’s dance recital. In every number, all of the girls wore crop top/sports bra type costumes-midriffs were always bare. The sexy moves they were doing. 5 year olds dancing to “Barbie Girl”. If you know the song you know what I mean. And yet we get up in arms over a man dressed as a woman reading a book to kids.

Everything you say is true, gay people are born that way, and that's who they are. I know many gay people and they are not " grooming" anyone. It's people like Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump who groomed children for sex, it's the Catholic Church who molested untold numbers of children for decades. For the fake Christians out there, who demonize gays, look in your own backyard.

Yes, Trump actually did learn from Hitler. Hitler had a 12-point plan on how to defeat enemies politically, & Trump has used every point. I'm guessing Stephen Miller read it to him.
Now the media has been telling us how great Trump is, I'm done with them all. Where do you get all this info about the CIA and FBI? How do you know if it's true ?
This isn’t secret knowledge. It’s well-known strategy to support potential candidates you think are beatable. Of course, if you truly believe MAGA is a threat to democracy you would never donate a dime to any of them - because the strategy is known to backfire spectacularly.
There hasn’t been any Republican primaries since then. There is a long tradition of this stuff so I assume they will do it in the future. IDK though. Maybe not. The point I’m trying to make is that two years ago, four years ago, eight years ago, they were warning people about the dire threat to democracy posed by fascist MAGA. As they were saying this, they were donating money to the most extreme MAGA candidates. There’s an extreme disconnect between their words and actions.

Remember, the Trumps are only three generations out of Germany. Fred the father went to a KKK rally and was fined by the city of New York for discriminating against Black renters. I’ve heard that the grandfather ran a whorehouse in Canada. Lovely family start to finish. The grandfather was only a few years older than Hitler if you think about it. Born from the same stock, so to speak.
We should also remember that Biden was the architect of the three strike law that sent thousands of black men to prison for simple possession of weed. Or that at one time Biden called Strom Thurmond one of his closest friends.

Is the estimate that 15% of the population is gay? So maybe 300 of the 2000 people on the convention floor? Or for each of the 2000, at least one person in their extended family?
What kind of freak stands there cheering for discrimination/banning of a family member?

I’m one of those with a gay family member. Thankfully family has been supportive. It angers me that there are people who want her to have no rights. Frankly with the hateful rhetoric from the right, I fear for her future. It would not surprise to see a repeat of nazi germany where certain groups get rounded up.

The punchline--every circus used to have a he/she act that rubes would gape at, and yet that horror circus Thursday night was bereft of one.
